Not a video. The real thing.
Scroll to bring the app into view, then click around: capture an idea, ask the AI, start a focus session.
How it works
From a passing thought to done.
Five steps, one app. Capture, plan, schedule, focus and reflect without switching tools.
01Capture it before it slips
Press C anywhere in the app and pick Idea, Task or Calendar. Tasks land in your list, ideas go to notes — plan them later.
02Goals become right-sized tasks
Describe the week in one sentence. AI breaks long work into blocks that never exceed the limit you set.
03Time blocks in time that is truly free
AI reads your calendars and deadlines, leaves buffers around meetings, and proposes blocks for you to confirm before anything is written.
04Focus, right from the notch
Start a Pomodoro from any block. The countdown stays in the menu bar and on Void Island, and each round is logged automatically.
05Leave a note that stays connected
Link notes to tasks and events with [[ ]]. Backlinks, daily notes and a block editor keep the context next to the work.
Press C anywhere in the app and pick Idea, Task or Calendar. Tasks land in your list, ideas go to notes — plan them later.
AI scheduling
Say what needs doing. Your calendar handles the rest.
AI reads your events, tasks and deadlines, then proposes time blocks. Every change arrives as a proposal you confirm.
It asks before it acts
Changes to calendars, tasks and notes always arrive as proposals. Nothing is written until you confirm.
Every step can be undone
Review before-and-after changes, then undo all, keep all, or undo one step.
Bring the AI you already use
Works with AI tools installed on your Mac, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint and the Anthropic API with your own key.
We don’t charge for AI
Requests go from your Mac straight to the provider you chose. Any usage fees are theirs, at their prices.
A meeting just came up.
Tell AI how to adjust.
Ask AI to move, suggest another time, or split the work. Review the proposal before confirming.
Ask AI for the next free slot, then review and confirm
Focus, then leave a note when you finish.
Start a Pomodoro from a time box and see the countdown in the menu bar. When it ends, your actual focus time is recorded against that time box. You can leave your own notes, too.
Scheduled around your rhythm.
Tell AI when you wake up, when you focus best and how easily you get distracted. Or start from a template and see how the same day changes.
Short blocks and generous buffers. Disruptions get split and re-planned, with no nagging.
