Where time boxes go if you already use Google Calendar
You do not have to leave your current calendar. Void Calendar reads Google Calendar and keeps AI time boxes separate.
After you connect Google Calendar, existing meetings stay in Google. Void Calendar reads them to see which hours are free. You do not rebuild those meetings inside a second calendar.
Meetings stay where they are
AI time boxes can be written to a calendar you choose and kept separate, so they are easy to clear later. Saving a change does not email anyone.
Google notifies attendees only when you explicitly send the invitation. Moving a block or editing its details does not turn into a message to the whole guest list.
iCloud and Apple Calendar can sit beside it
Besides Google, you can connect iCloud Calendar. After you grant access:
- The app reads Apple Calendar on the Mac to see which hours are already taken.
- Selected Reminders lists can sync both ways.
- Scheduling then sees the time already taken across those calendars, not just one account.
The calendar you already use keeps the meetings. A time box is for the stretch that is still free and meant for the work.
